Returns + Exchanges

 

Exchange-Only Policy

At Lipstick x Misfits, we do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges only within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email us at customerservice@lipstickxmisfits.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories (earrings, hats, etc.)

  • Bodysuits and intimate apparel

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.
